Insulin Resistance Syndrome Basics
Insulin resistance syndrome is basically Diabetes Freedom Review a collection of health conditions which put you at a general heightened risk for developing diabetes and to a certain extent heart disease. Insulin resistance syndrome is also periodically referred to as syndrome X because it is a little mysterious and not really one condition but a basket of many conditions where a mix of conditions is represented.
As the name of the syndrome suggests one of the most major conditions associated with this syndrome is the body's resistance of insulin. This is where the body starts responding less and less to its own insulin production. As the body's response lessens a greater capacity of insulin production is required to metabolize glucose from the blood. If not enough insulin can be produced blood sugar levels begin to rise which is not a good thing for the body. If this begins to happen the syndrome begins feeding off of itself making things worse and worse as time passes.
